Shipping Policy

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing the next day. Processing time usually takes 1 to 5business day and orders will arrive within 5 -10 business days from when the order is processed. Flash orders must be placed by 3:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive in 3 or 5 business days from when the order is placed. Expedite orders must be placed by 9:00 AM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service.

 

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Some articles with an international supplier could experiment with some delay of more than 20 days in the delivery of goods.  ​ For international orders, the client pays the actual shipping cost, which will vary by country and order size. Orders must be placed by 17:00 (5:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. ​ Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted to ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. These items will not be eligible for international shipment. ​

 

Remote area issue: It will take more time to ship to remote areas, some areas maybe need 2-3 months for delivery. We can’t provide any guarantee for remote address delivery. You can go to the shipping company’s official website to check if the address belongs to remote areas or not. We cannot ship to the following countries: Saint Kitts and Nevis; Antigua and Barbuda (member of the Commonwealth of Nations); Toroke; French Polynesia Western Sahara; Palestine; India; Macedonia; Montenegro; Eritrea; Congo (Kinshasa) Svalbard (Norway); Tokelau; Zanzibar (Tanzania); Bouvet Island (Norway) British Indian Ocean Territory; French Southern and Antarctic Territories; Heard Island and McDonald Islands (Australia) Åland Islands; Saint Barthelemy (France)
